- Group Mentors - Support from at least 3 non parent adults is essential for healthy development
- Healthy Foods - Whole foods are key for providing essential nutrients for development
- Adventure Outings - Nature and new experiences relieve stress and promote healing from adversities
- Creative Time - Creativity calms the body and mind allowing space to heal and connect with others meaningfully
Program Leaders - They set the stage to ensure the previous four elements are a success, while also providing individual wellness check-ins as they form trusted relationships with each child and their family
