How to get started

Mentor FAQ
Who can become a group mentor?
- Anyone 18 or older
- Who is ready to invest in kids in a group setting
- And who completes the screening process
What is expected of group mentors?
- Commit to at least two program days per month (4 hours)
- Show up ready to engage positively with kids
- Follow the policies and procedures in our handbook
What support will I get?
- Vetting and training before you start
- Individual check-ins with our staff
- Continued training throughout the year
